8.5 Presentation
There is a lot of information to swallow, and the numerous ad placements are painful to see, but it's a well origanized game. Though, the cutscenes are pretty terrible.
8.5 Graphics
The Xbox and PC versions are the superior visual versions, followed by the PS2 and Cube in last. There are more times of night, there is better signage, and an amazing assortment of custom parts.
7.0 Sound
The sound effects are excellent, but yo yo YO, the voice acting is bland and painful, dawg. The music is a slightly more urban version of the songs from Burnout 3, i.e. not good.
9.0 Gameplay
The cars feel more realistic and weightly. You can successfully draft, use NOS, and upgrade them all significantly. A huge amount of courses at the expense of a very boring city.
9.0 Lasting Appeal
This game is easily a 40-hour ride. It's massive, with five stages, five major city sections, and hundreds of races. The online portion is solid stuff.
