this is a new way to upload and download movies
this idea can make a major change in the way we download movies.....This has been made possible due to two things:
1) The New Gmail Drive from gmail( download from here or google)
This is a new concept from gmail in which once u install the program, u will get a new drive in ur MyComputer folder like ur other local drives like C,D etc...this is ur 2GB space online and u can upload/download files from it....these files will be shown as attachments to ur gmail account...only limitation is the 10MB attachment limit...that is where hjsplit comes in...
2) A simple split and join program called hjsplit( download from here)
hjsplit splits/joins files of big sizes in just 2/3 minutes...
so if u want to upload a movie, make a gmail account(even this takes only 1/2 minutes) for the movie and copy these split files into this drive....
once ur done....u can post the gmail id and password on the forum...
and anybody who wants to download can just log in to their gmail drives with the given username/ password and copy paste the files from the gmail drive onto their hard disk like any other copy paste operation...
the speed is decent and stable...and if in the worst case the download stops due to any reason..u can always copy the remaining split files....
once u download the spit files, u just hv to join them back using the same hjsplit software....
isnt that cool...u dont hv to wait for the f***ing rapidshare timer and fill their OCRs(or whatever they call them!)
to start with i have uploaded the movie Cinderella Man starring Russel Crowe...good movie, download and tell me ur experience/ any problems...
