A good friday morning makes u feel spicael

talking about this morning

yesterday night I was in a social celebration , but I did not enjoy to the extreme

I reached home at midnight then went directly to sleep

I have some rituals before sleep that is I will think of all what has been said and done during my day

for the purpose of improvement next time

anyhow

I did not reflect deeply as usual because my body was screeming of tiredness and exhaustion



anyhow I had nice sleep


I did not dream and woke up refreshed and here I'm reading

and my thoughts were more superficial tackilng the issue
