At the main menu, enable the "All missions" code. Now, enter the
"Undercover" menu and go down to the "View Cutscenes" for Istanbul. Select
a movie and watch it. At this time, press Triangle, Circle(2), R1, R2, L1(2).
There is no confirmation sound. When you go into the "Take A Ride" menu,
Istanbul will be available.

18 Wheeler Havoc:
Kill all ten Timmy Vermicellis in Miami. Go to the Miami armory to activate
the "18 Wheeler Havoc" option.

Fugitive Mode:
Kill all ten Timmy Vermicellis in Nice. Go to the Miami armory to activate
the "Fugitive Mode" option. All pedestrians have weapons in this mode.

To get unlimited ammunition, enable the "All weapons" code
continuously until whatever you want is at 9999 shots. The next
time your clip runs out, it will reload automatically but the
magazine (9999) will stay the same. Note: If you are busted your
weapons will disappear and this code will have to be repeated.

Full health:
Press R2(2), L1, R1, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right,
Up during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.
Note: If this code is enabled during a mission where there is damage
on your car, the meter will be reset to zero.

If your vehicle is on fire, enable the "Full health" code to
extinguish it.

This code also repairs your car. You cannot see the repairs, but
it will act like a new car. If on a mission where you need to have
a mint condition car, sometimes enabling the "Full health" code will
fulfill the mint condition requirements.

Full armor:
Press R2(2), L1, L2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up

More money:

Square + X to flip back over. This will work as long as your car
is not on its roof.

Increased gore:

during game play. No confirmation message will appear. You can
shoot off pedestrians' arms, legs, and heads with some weapons
(sniper rifle, assault rifle, explosives) with an increase in

Car floats on water:

Note: This code also allows helicopters to land and float on the water.

After enabling this code and are driving on the water, repeat
the code to deactivate it. The car you are driving will go
directly to the bottom of the water and keep going without
losing any health. You will soon hit a piece of land and either
end up stuck in the ground or be able to drive again. You will
not lose any health during the entire time.

Change wheel size:
Press R1, X, Triangle, Right, R2, Square, Up, Down, Square during
game play. The wheels of some vehicles will become larger, while
others will become smaller. Repeat this code to increase its effect.

Note: When this code is enabled a few of the vehicles get faster
(for example, the Caddy, Baggage Carrier, Rancher, SUV, and Bobcat).
If you load a previously saved game and enable the code again, they
will get faster still. The code remains in effect while the PlayStation2
is on. To get rid of its effect, turn off the PlayStation2.

Also, when repeating this code after loading a saved game, other vehicles
such as the Banshee and the Stinger get "heavier", allowing you to do
things such as plowing through any other vehicle, and sink to the bottom
of the water and keep sinking until you respawn on the road.

If you enable this code, pause the game, then reload a saved game, you
will be able to use the code again. You can keep doing this to make the
wheels get bigger. After a little while, the car will get too tall to enter.

Defeat Vegeta as Goku in Dragon Universe mode.


Vegito (Goku):
Defeat Super Buu as Goku in Buu's Body in Dragon Universe mode.


Vegito (Vegeta):
Defeat Super Buu as Vegeta in Buu's Body in Dragon Universe mode.


Videl:
Go to the Plains as Gohan in Dragon Universe mode.

SSJ4 Gogeta Fusion:
On the Majin Buu map, defeat Omega Shenron as Goku.


SSJ4 Gogeta Fusion:
On the Majin Buu map as Vegeta, enter all the red dots and other areas
beside the red dots after every red dot event.


SS4 Goku:
Have 30,000 Zeni and go to the Skill Shop It will rarely appear. If you win
the Adept or Advanced Tournament first, it may appear sooner.


SS4 Vegeta:
Buy it at the Skill Shop for 30,000 Zeni (randomly), after you get the Black
Membership Card.


SSJ4 Vegeta Transformation capsule:
On the Majin Buu map, go to West City as Vegeta to see Bulma.

Babidi's Pot capule:
In the Chapter 12 tutorial, you will be taught how to taunt your enemy. For
completing this, you will get the Babidi's Pot capsule.

Bonus items:
Have a saved game from Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 on your memory card to get a
Silver Membership Card, Babidi's Pot, and Bardock.

Alternate costumes:
Press Left when choosing a character at the selection screen.



To get all membership cards, look all over the map and get all the "???"
items. At some point you will find a Black Membership Card. Go in there
again and you will get all the membership cards.


Baba Crystal Balls Movie 00:
Unlock all Ultimate Move skills and the Baba Crystal Balls Movie 00 will
now be available for purchase at the Skill Shop.

Baba Crystal Balls Movie 01:
Buy the Baba Crystal Balls Movie 00 and the Baba Crystal Balls Movie 01 will
now be available for purchase at the Skill Shop.

Breakthrough (All character):
Can be bought for 75,000 for each character at the Skill Shop after you have
Baba Crystal Balls Movie 01 and get all Breakthroughs for each playable
character in Dragon Universe mode.

Ultimate Skill Moves (All character):
Can be bought for 50,000 for each character at the Skill Ship after you have
unlocked all characters.

Dragon Arena:
To unlock the Dragon Arena, complete Dragon Universe mode with all eleven
characters: Krillin, Piccolo, Tien, Vegeta, Yamcha, Goku, Gohan, Teen
Gohan, Kid Gohan, Uub, and Broly.

Grandpa Gohan's House:
Play as Kid Gohan in Dragon Universe mode, the second time through. Instead
of fighting Piccolo in the Mountains, go to Grandpa Gohan's House and defeat
Goku.

Adept World Tournament:
You can buy the Adept World Tournament; it consists of four rounds and
sixteen people. For winning, you will receive 30,000 Zenie. You will get
15,000 Zenie for being the runner up.

Advanced World Tournament:
You can buy the Advanced World Tournament; it consists of five rounds and a
thirty two contestants. For winning, you will receive 50,000 Zenie. For
being a runner up, you will get 25,000 Zenie.

Cell Games Tournament:
Defeat Cell when he appears in the Dragon Arena matches.

Zhuge Liang can be unlocked by complete the game with (in order):
Guan Yu, Zhao Yun, and Huang Zhong. There may be other combinations,
but this one is faster than having to use all six of the Shu generals.

Fight as Liu Bei:
Successfully complete Musou mode with all Shu Kingdom members
including Zhuge Liang.

Fight as Lu Bu (Free mode only):
Win Stage 2 (Hulao Gate) in Musou mode with at least 1000 KOs.

Alternate introduction sequence:
Successfully complete Musou mode as any general.

Restore health:
Pause game play, choose the save option, then resume game play
without saving.
