1. A-Lad-in-Bagdad
Description: The LikeTelevision™ Cartoon channel proudly presents A-Lad-in-Bagdad, get it.... like Aladdin... and his magic lamp. This cartoon is very overtly racist - as the Black Genie is an ugly stereotype - and of course the villain, the evil Arab character, appears to be an early member of Al Queda, working for the notorious Osama Bin Laden. This funky cartoon features that egghead guy as Aladdin, who wins the lamp in one of those midway crane games -see the great gum grabber in the toy section if you are confused. Well, the Sultan plans an entertainment contest to see who gets to marry his daughter. And it appears he is smoking a houka, you know..... a water pipe, like in the Jefferson airplane song, White Rabbit, which featured the houka smoking catepillar. Got it? BTW - we know that Bagdad is really spelled Baghdad.... ummm, I think it is anyway. It is hard to believe this was made for children, huh? Our apologies - we present it as a piece of history.

Clan na Gael is an Celtic Band that lives and plays in Las Vegas. We created a bogus tour for the band in Umtata - where they were planning to throw out sheep in the audience as part of their promotional tour support.

Description: This is an animation classic! Gulliver's Travels was released in 1939 for the big screen and is viewed as a must see classic! Snow White from Disney was released in 1937 and this was the answer from The Fleischer Brothers of Popeye, Superman, and Betty Boop fame! The animation is as good as it gets, so join Gabby and his Lilliputian friends as they deal with this huge giant named Gulliver. Of course this tale has been rewritten from Jonathan Swift's original masterpiece, and somehow mixed with a dash of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. If you get a chance, see the Gulliver remake with Ted Danson, very entertaining.

A bizarre segue to the cartoon - where the stooges are after a notorious bandit - that is actually a robot gunman that robs banks. If you recognize the voice of the robot - well you should. It's Hal Smith - best know as Otis Campbell, the happy drunk from The Andy Griffith Show. Description: Little King, a spinoff from the Classic Betty Boop Cartoons is featured in this animation called Christmas Up North - which is a really bizarre toon. Features some lame racial stereotyping with a dancing black face marionette, three guys in a tub, while the queen snores away in her own bed. This one must be seen to be believed... even includes Santa planting Christmas tree seeds before delivering some wild cars and planes, which don't last long because the King and his hobo friends crash them in less than a minute.

Not to be confused with my favorite show (or one of them anyway) The Wild, Wild West with Robert Conrad as James West, secret service agent. Still, this cartoon is just as politically incorrect and tons of fun. Like many other Cartoons from the era, this one contains racial stereotyping that is often offensive to some viewers.
