seeking help with 3ds max

hi guys .
i,m looking for any files training files i mean for beginners with 3ds max.cuz i wanna work with this program..is there any one have any idea how can i get such training files.or vedios.

by the way i have the full version so if there any one wanna it just tell me how can i sent it to share it too for others ,cuz i have no idea how i can share files through sites,

in fact i wanna u to add 3ds max and maya too to design section in this site,
