Level 1 - LONG SLEEPER
1.Face your palm upward and snap both your wrist and arm, throwing the yoyo straight down.
2.If you can throw it fast enough, the yoyo will spin quickly at the end of a tight string. This is called the "sleep" position
3.Turn your palm over without moving your wrist. When you tug on the string, the yoyo will automatically come back
4.This is the basis for all moves so practice it carefully

Level 2 - WALK THE DOG
1.Lower the yoyo to the ground in the "sleep" position keeping the string tight. The yoyo will then roll forward across the floor
2.Pulling on the string will bring back the yoyo back to you. Grab it with your palm facing downward
3.If you lower it to the floor too quickly, the shock will make it bounce back to you
4.The same thing will happen if you let the string go slack when the yoyo is rolling, so be care

Level 3 - THE CREEPER
1.Face your palm upward and use your whole arm to flick the yoyo downward
2.In the "sleep" position, lower the yoyo to the ground like when you "walk the dog
3.At the same time, bend your body over and hold your hand close to the floor, letting the yoyo out to the end of its string
4.When it reaches the end, tug on the string. It will roll back to you, so catch it with your palm facing downward

Level 4 - FORWARD PASS
1.Hold the yoyo with the palm of your hand facing backward, then throw it forward
2.Turn your hand so that your palm FACEs upward and then catch the yoyo when it comes back

Level 5 - BREAK AWAY
1.Throw the yoyo forcefully to the right side to put in into the "sleep" position
2.Waving your hand from right to left will make a semi-circle, with the yoyo acting like a pendulum and moving to the left
3.When it has completed the semi-circle, tug on the string. The yoyo will come back up so you can catch it with your palm facing upward

Level 6 - ROCK THE BABY
1.In the "sleep" position, put your right hand on the string near the middle and lift it up
2.Grab a spot about 10cm away from the yoyo with your right hand and make an upside down triangle out of the string
3.By changing the HEIGHT of your left and right hands, you can play with the swing, moving the yoyo and forth

Level 7 - ROCKET
1.Keeping the yoyo in the "sleep" position, carefully remove your finger from the string making sure that the yoyo does not rebound from the shock
2.Holding the sides of the strings, throw it into the air with the yoyo so that it spins in front of you
3.The strings will wind up and you an catch the yoyo when it falls back down
4.This is the foundation for all moves, so practice it well

LeELEVAvel 8 - TOR
1.While in the "sleep" position, place your left index finger just below the middle of the string
2.At the same time as lifting your left hand, lower your right hand
3.You should be able to slip the string into the yoyo
4.By pulling the string down with your right hand, the yoyo will climb up the string

Level 9 - AROUND THE WORLD
1.Face your palm downward and throw the yoyo forward
2.Swing it up and rotate it in the air
3.When the yoyo returns to the front, a light pull will bring it back to your hand

Level 10 - LOOP THE LOOP
1.Hold the yoyo with the palm of your hand facing backward and then throw the yoyo forward
2.When the yoyo returns, flick your wrist, making a loop by pushing forward
3.Don't catch the yoyo when it comes back, you can make as many loops as you want using the centrifugal force
