عرض على الممثل Colin Farrell دور Watson قبل الممثل Jude Law.

هذا الفيلم يعتبر أول فيلم بالنسبة لــ Guy Ritchie's لم يتم أخراجه من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

الأستمرارية: كان في الفيلم مشهد ظهر فيه Sherlock Holmes مصاب في خده الأيمن ثم أختفت الأصابة في المشهد الذي يليه.

الأستمرارية: في المشهد الذي ألتقى فيه Sherlock Holmes مع Watson قال له أنها الساعة العاشرة ومع ذلك كانت الساعة تشير وبوضوح على الحائط أنها الساعة الثمانة.

الأستمرارية: عندما كان Sherlock Holmes و Watson يلاحقان Lord Blackwood في منزل ذبح الخنازير الذي يديره Lord Blackwood قفذا في مياه وفي المشهد التالي لم يكن يوجد أثار ملابس مبلله.

الأستمرارية: في القتال بين Sherlock Holmes و Lord Blackwood استخدم Sherlock Holmes شبكة وقام برميها على Lord Blackwood وعند تغير زاوية الكاميرا كنت الشبكة قد أختفت وأكملوا المشهد كما هو.

الطاقم: عندما كان Sherlock Holmes و Watson في السجن إذا دققت النظر سوف تجد أن هناك شخص يهمس Jude Law في أذنه اليسرى.

المفارقات التاريخية: في الكثير من المشاهد كان Sherlock Holmes يرتدي قمصان مع لياقات مختلفة الألوان لكن ذلك لم يكن قد أنتج حتى 1992 بواسطة Van Huesen.

أخطاء واقعية: التاريخ الذي الذي ذكر في الصحائف عن الأفراج عن Sherlock Holmes بكفالة كان 19 من نوفمبر 1981 يوم الجمعة لكن حقيقةً كان ذلك يوم الخميس.

أخطاء جغرافية: عندما كانت Irene Adler في فندق Grand كنت في منطقة Piccadilly لكن في حقيقةً كان ذلك الفندق يقع في ساحة Trafalgar.

الفلم جميل وهو من أفضل أفلام 2009 , وأجمل ما يوجد في الفلم هو شخصية Watson الذي قام بدوره الممثل Jude Law وهو أجمل شخصية في الفلم بالنسبة لي وهو طبيب والمساعد المخلص لـ Sherlock Holmes , و ثاني اجمل شخصية هي المحقق Sherlock Holmes الذي قام بدوره Robert Downey Jr خفيف الظل وعبقري , وثاني أجمل شيء في الفلم هو التفسير الملحق للأحداث بطريقة منطقية وواقعية مرتبطة بأحداث الفيلم . أما عن مؤثرات الفيديو فهي ليست جيدة , أي رأيت افضل منه لعام 2009, القصة جميلة وتشير لجزء ثاني
تقيمي للفيلم 9 \ 10 .
